NBA and NCAA athlete trainer Brian Macon launches an online Basketball program

Brian Macon is renowned and highly sought-after elite skills basketball trainer who has trained a number of NBA and NCAA athletes. He has recently launched an online program for both existing and aspiring basketball players to help them in learning the techniques of Ball handling, Shooting and Scoring. This program will enable the players to expand their game and improve specific skills by working on ball handling, footwork, passing, shooting, conditioning, and game time situations.

Anyone who’s interested in this online program can enroll through official website of exercise.com.

The Basketball program titled “Love the Grind: Ball Handling, Shooting & Scoring” has received a number of good reviews from the users. “Brian is one of the best trainers I’ve seen. His innovative approach makes him, unlike any other trainers. The workouts really translate well from practice to the game. When I have a son, he’s working with Brian.” – D1 Basketball Coach. Another user Shannon Warren mentions in their review, “Brian has worked with my son since he was 9 years old. Not only did he improve my son’s ball handling and footwork, Brian has taught my son to be a leader on the court. Having seen many trainers throughout the years of my son’s basketball experiences, I wouldn’t want him training with anyone else.”

Love the Grind program is a four-week, intermediate level plan for anyone who wants to learn the basic and useful techniques of basketball. It is composed of a total of 20 workouts with elaborated descriptions and videos, which can be learned through a computer or app. More information about the program can be found here.
